Sounds Of The Commitments

This band in one form or another was together for ages, we did loads of gigs all over the country

That last statement may seem insignificant, especially if you don't have anything to do with the band scene, but it's really important. If you spend most of your weekends in a cold van hurtling along a motorway through the pouring rain, you've got to have a laugh. Especially when you know all your mates back home are out on the town getting bladdered and trying to sh*g someone else's wife/husband. Possibly your wife/husband ....

It shows on stage when a band is not enjoying themselves. The audience can tell, even if they're only really there for the

There's far too much to say about this band on one page, some of it's members became good friends, some threatened to set fire to the van after they were errrr......    asked to leave
